Patricia Apollonia Kotero was an American model and singer. She is also co-starring with Prince in his 1984 film, Purple Rain. Apollonia made her debut in 1988 but her comparatively tame collection of R&B/dance songs failed to impress people who buy music and the album soon vanished off the shelves.
